These terms describe use of primevia-consulting.com and the general basis on which consultancy services may be discussed. The website is operated by ADVIL Consulting LLC under the website name Primevia Consulting.

Nothing published here requires us to accept a project or requires a visitor to purchase services.

How consulting engagements are agreed

Projects are discussed individually. Before work begins, the parties should agree in writing on the client, scope, deliverables, timetable, fees, payment arrangements and any relevant special conditions. A signed agreement, accepted proposal or statement of work may provide those terms.

If a written client agreement conflicts with these general website terms, that agreement takes precedence for the relevant services.

Fees, invoices and cancellation

We do not sell services through an online checkout on this website. Fees, invoicing dates, payment methods, taxes, cancellation rights, refunds and termination arrangements are set out in the written agreement or proposal for each engagement, as applicable. No fixed public pricing or automatic subscription is offered here.

If there is no accepted written agreement, visiting this website or sending an enquiry does not itself create a paid service contract.

Client responsibilities

When services are agreed, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access and reasonable feedback needed to complete the agreed work, subject to confidentiality and security arrangements documented between the parties.

No guaranteed results

Consulting and marketing recommendations depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular number of customers, advertising results, revenue, profit or commercial outcome. Specific representations or warranties, if any, must be agreed in writing.

We do not provide regulated investment, legal or tax advice through this website.

Confidentiality and intellectual property
